Strategy of ShigaPlexIM project

ShigaPlexIM project is organised in seven complementary Work Packages (WP), each led by a Work Package Leader.

The following work packages are planned:

WP 1: Coordination

WP 2: Transfer and qualification of reagents and immunological assays to assess immune response following vaccination with InvaplexAR-Detox

WP 3: Epidemiological baseline studies in Burkina Faso and Zambia

WP 4: Phase Ia/Ib evaluation of safety and immunogenicity of InvaplexAR-Detox administered with and without the dmLT adjuvant in NL and BF

WP 5: Phase II clinical trial in Burkina Faso

WP 6: Capacity strengthening and networking
